For years Voices has covered the refusal of the Planning Board to review the 2019 draft of this OSRP. The explanation offered by that PB leadership was that the original draft ORSP had erroneously listed many open space parcels of land that earlier Councils (beginning in 1966) identified to the state to be protected. The Township this Spring 2024 has acknowledged the authenticity of these open space parcels in submissions to the state’s Green Acres. The OSRP to be reviewed on Wednesday July 10 is updated to include all those open space properties and is well worth reading –
