At page 220 of the Agenda Packet for Council’s 1/9/2024 meeting (Click Here), in the Whereas clauses of proposed Resolution 39-2024 to approve the annual contract for the Town planning firm (Phillips, Preiss et. al.) reference is made to the Town having received a proposal for 2024 from the firm. That proposal is not included in the agenda packet. Teaneck Voices sought to clarify how the firm itself had described what would be its 2024 work.
